Dundee University Law Students preparing for Telders 2020

The Dundee University team has been selected for the 2020 finals of the Telders International Moot Court Competition.

For a number of years the Foundation has provided support to enable students from Dundee University to represent Scotland at the finals of the Telders International Moot Court Competition held at the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

The 2020 team has now been selected. Katie Sargent, Chloe Smith, Kate Scarborough and Craig McCann will be attending the ICJ in June 2020 to present their case along with over 40 other international teams.  The moot requires students to work in teams to tackle a complex international legal proposition.  They must research relevant law and construct a robust submission in the form of written memorials and oral presentations.
